Building to 10K Training Program - $59.99 plus HST

This 8 week program is designed to provide you with the knowledge and skills to successfully complete a 10k race this fall. To participate, you should be able to run 5k either with intervals or as a straight run. Experience running a race is not necessary but is beneficial. Speed is not a qualifier...training is offered with intervals. There will be in-class clinics once a week over the 8 weeks covering topics from nutrition to hydration to changes you will be experiencing as you start to learn to race. Training runs are held on Tuesday and Thursday evenings at 6pm and Saturday mornings, starting at 8am. A full schedule is provided outlining distance requirements, additional cross-training and rest days.

The program is designed to safely increase your distance injury free and provide you with the support and confidence to be successful. It will be a challenge but we will have a lot of fun along the way!
