12-Week Intermediate Half Marathon
Training Practicum – Spring 2013
This facilitated 12-week practicum will provide Intermediate to Advanced Runners with the practical training they need to set, achieve and exceed race day goals.
This Half Marathon Training Practicum has been designed to build upon an established running base while integrating speed, strength and endurance training into a practical race prep plan.
Weekly outcomes will be achieved with a combination of scheduled training runs, speed & conditioning drills, time “trials” and targeted cross training.
Runners will exercise a “training mindset” as they work to improve fundamental running skills in a supportive group training environment.
